This is the Bugzilla bug-tracking system for the Access Grid Project at Argonne National Laboratory

We are using Bugzilla to track bugs. If you have not done so already, you wi ll need to open a new Bugzilla account. If you already have a Bugzilla account, you can search existing bugs or enter a new bug report.

Before filing a bug, you should do the following:

  • Search for a bug that describes the problem you've come here to report.  A workaround or fix may already exist for the problem you're encountering.  If not, you can vote for the bug, raising it's priority in the eyes of the developers, encouraging them to fix it sooner.
  • Familiarize yourself with the practices to use when filing a bug.  A good reference for writing bug reports is How to Report Bugs Effectively.  Writing a good quality bug report will increase the chances of your bug being reproduced by developers, and that increases the chances that it will be fixed.
