Now that multicore (Bug 6999) will be included, the cloud client properties
file should be able to specify the core count request.  The administrator can
limit the # requested using group-authz but the cloud client should be able to
specify.

Should be a "few liner", entering in a new recognized property to the list and
adding the XML to the generated deployment request xml for each group of VMs,
that is an xml file that gets written to the cloud client's history directory
before launching.
