We've mentioned it before but I thought I would create a bug for it. It would
be very nice if the installer recorded a log on the installation.

Will make bin/install put all stdout and stderr to $NIMBUS_HOME/install.log

$NIMBUS_HOME/install.log is created now

it gets chmod 600 since it has secrets in it (the initial cumulus repo admin,
printed right before exit for user convenience)
