There is a base64 problem with user data when using the EC2 client tools, this
should be consistent with Amazon (the feature was tested with wsrf only).

Fixed in CVS. elastic interface was doing toString() on a byte array, which
prints its address not its contents.

I don't seem to have permissions to close this bug, however..

Added to Teraport installation, will be in next release
