Description From 2007-10-29 09:52:12 
Access of service security descriptor locks the JNDI tree from the sevice path
name. Profiling of the container code as part of campaign (bug 5613) shows this
could cause potential deadlocks.

Fix: To ensure API is not changed, a DescriptorStore class has been added to
maintian a mapping from service name to security descriptor. Fix is in bug 5613
branch and will be merged when that campaign is completed.

Resolving this as closed as Tom has tested the fix. This code will be merged
when campaign 5613 is completed.
