Currently, every single time the user home directory is needed, a helper class
is called to run an in-line Perl script to fetch this path.  The value should be
cached in the resource data instead.

Fix in trunk. Since the 4.0 schemas are frozen, it is not possible to fix this
for future 4.0.x series releases.
